    Age Criteria

    Admission in SANFORT remains open throughout the year on first come first serve basis depending on the availability of seats in the respective branch.

    Documents required at the time of admission:

    1. Copy of the birth certificate of the child issued by a civic body.

    2. Three passport size photographs of the child and one passport size photograph of both the parents.

    3. One passport size photograph of the attendant/ relative who would be responsible for collecting child from the school or school transport (other than parents).

    General Information

    Transfer Policy

    As per the standard policies of SANFORT, if a child is getting transferred from one branch to another branch inthat situation, both branches have to follow specific necessary steps, which are as follows:

    1. A transfer application has to be given to both transferors and the transferee branch 15 days before the transfer.
    2. Mid-term transfers involve sharing information & documentation from one branch to another through the coordinators.
    3. If a student is transferred from one SANFORT branch to another, the new branch’s Annual Charges, Activity Charges, Tuition Fees, and other charges will apply.
    4. Parents have to pay the tuition fee& other charges as applicable in the new branch.

    Note: The student’s transfer is subject to the availability of a seat in the transferee branch.

    Sanfort maintains an appropriate teacher-student ratio to ensure every child receives personal care and attention.

    We maintain a 10:1:1 students-teacher-caregiver ratio in SAN toddler & SAN Beginner and a 15:1:1 students-teacher-caregiver ratio in SAN Learner, SAN Junior & SAN Senior.

    Sanfort follows The U. K. Concept of Preschool Education (EYFS Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum with play-way and activity-based learning methods focused on holistic child development.

    Yes, Sanfort organizes regular Parent-Teacher Meetings to discuss the child’s progress, strengths, and areas of development. We believe in strong parent-school collaboration.

    Kids take 15-20 days to settle as they are coming out of their home for the first time, so for initial 2-3 days we keep the child for only 1-2 hr as soon as the kid gets familiar to the environment regular timings will be followed.

    Sanfort follows continuous observation and assessment methods.
    Progress reports and developmental feedback are shared periodically with parents.
